Herbs are one of natures little surprise packages that contain a lot of
flavor. A little goes a long way. You do not need much to make an extraordinary
impact in your cooking. Spices and herbs are different in that herbs are
usually edible leafy green plants, are chopped up small (usually), and are used
primarily for flavoring purposes in dishes. Food spices on the other hand
are generally ground up into a powder.
The staff that actually grows our herbs uses them in their cooking at
home and are here to share that information with you.
Have you ever wondered why everything tastes exotic and exudes
delicious aromas when you eat at a good five star restaurant? It is usually
because of the seasoning. Exceptional chefs know that fresh food is always best
and that includes fresh herbs.
Great food can be very simply prepared, but add a few fresh herbs and
you have created a masterpiece. Once you achieve the art of seasoning with fresh
herbs, you will be astounding family and guests with your remarkable culinary
talents.
